In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a cracked and sagging bedroom and bathroom ceiling in Nedlands.
The ceiling was Gyprock and was sagging due to fixing and adhesive failure. We propped the ceiling back up to the timber joists and new screws were installed. Fibreglass strapping was then installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place. Screws and cracks were flushed and sanded ready for paint.
