In 2022 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging and cracked master bedroom ceiling.
The main ceiling was sagging due to screw and glue failure and the soffit above the bed was begging to sag in one corner due to grout failure.
The ceiling was re screwed and cracked were back blocked and taped and was all flushed and sanded ready for paint. We installed fibreglass strapping to the master bedroom ceiling from inside the ceiling cavity to lock it in place.
The sagging soffit was propped up, and new fibreglass grouts were installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock it in place. The soffit was then flushed and sanded ready for paint.
Next our painter attended to paint the repaired master bedroom and soffit ceilings.
