In 2022 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a lounge ceiling in Nollamara, Perth.
The existing ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. A new steel ceiling grid was installed to the bowed and twisted timber joists to level it out. Next we install R4.0 insulation batts to the lounge ceiling cavity. New Gyprock lining was installed to the new steel grid and 75mm cove cornice, the new ceiling was back blocked, flushed and sanded ready for paint. Next our painter attended to seal and paint the new lounge ceiling.
