In 2022 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging living area ceiling in Aubin Grove, Perth.
The ceiling was Gyprock and was sagging due to glue and screw failure. The ceiling was re screwed back to the timber joists and fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place. We then flushed and sanded the ceiling ready for paint. Next our painter attended to paint the repaired living room ceiling.
