In 2022 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a bedroom ceiling in Yokine, Perth.
The ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. A new light weight steel ceiling grid had to be installed to level out the existing bowed and warped timber joists. R3.5 were laid in the ceiling cavity new Gyprock lining and ornate cornice was installed, this was all flushed and sanded ready for paint.
