In 2022 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a lounge room ceiling in Balga.
The existing ceiling had collapsed due to strapping failure. 1st we installed a new steel ceiling grid to the existing bowed and twisted Jarrah joists. R4.0 insulation batts we’re then installed to the ceiling cavity. Next 10mm Gyprock lining and 75mm Cove cornice was installed, flushed and sanded ready for paint. Our painter then attended to seal and paint the new lounge ceiling.
