In 2022 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace various ceiling to a home in Belmont.
The existing ceilings were pulled down and disposed of. We install new insulation batts to the ceiling cavity and fixed a new steel ceiling grid to the existing Jarrah joists. Next 10mm Gyprock lining was glued and screwed to the new steel grid, this was flushed and corniced with 75mm Cove. The ceilings were then sanded ready for paint. Lastly our painter attended to seal and paint the new ceilings.
