In 2024 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a master bedroom ceiling in Bassendean, Perth.
The existing ceiling was pulled down and disposed of. A new light weight steel ceiling grid was installed to level out the existing bowed and twisted timber joists. R4.0 insulation batts were installed to the ceiling cavity.
10mm Gyprock lining was installed, taped and flushed. We then fitted AD8 ornate cornice to finish the ceiling, as well as a ceiling rose. The ceiling was then sanded ready for paint.
Next our painter attended to seal and paint the new ceiling.
