In 2025 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair various obsolete air conditioner vent holes, as well as an air return grille to a home in Como. The vents were removed and disposed of. The holes were grided out and new 10mm plasterboard lining was installed. These were back blocked, flushed and sanded ready for paint. The areas that were patched then had new R4.0 insulation installed. Lastly our painter attended to paint the repaired ceilings.
