In 2020 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace a bathroom ceiling.

The existing ceiling had flaking paint and was sagging. The ceiling was pulled down, a new steel ceiling grid was installed as the existing Jarrah joists were bowed and twisted and the ceiling finished with new Gyprock lining and Splay cornice.
