In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to replace as bathroom ceiling as part of a bathroom renovation.

The existing ceiling was removed, new R4.1 Insulation batts were installed to the ceiling cavity and a new Gyprock ceiling  with 75mm Cove cornice was installed.
