In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling in Nedlands. The ceiling was plaster glass and was sagging due to strap failure related to age. we propped up the ceiling back to the ceiling joists and restrapped the ceiling from inside the ceiling cavity with fibre glass strapping. cracks were then flushed and the job was finished by our painter who painted the entire ceiling.
