In 2020 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling in Mount Richon.

The ceiling was Gyprock and was sagging due to age and had cracking throughout the ceiling. The repair consisted of propping the ceiling back up to the ceiling joists, re screwing and fibre glass strapping was added from inside the cavity, the ceiling was then flushed ready for paint. Our painters then attended the following day to complete the repair by painting the ceiling.
