In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging Gyprock ceiling in Wanneroo. The ceiling was sagging due to age. The repair method was to screw the sagging ceiling back up to the ceiling joists, then fibreglass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity and all cracks and exposed screw holes were plastered ready for paint.
