In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling section in Yangebup.

The ceiling was sagging around the chimney area.

The repair method used was to re screw the sagging ceiling to the existing timber joists and fibre glass strapping was then installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place. The ceiling cracks were taped, back blocked and flushed ready for paint.

This sagging ceiling was successfully repaired by our team.
