In 2024 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to conduct sagging ceiling repairs to a home in Tuart Hill, Perth.
The ceilings were plaster board and was sagging due to glue and fixing failure.
We re screwed the ceiling to pin in it back up to the timber joists. Fibre glass strapping was then installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place.
The ceiling was the then flushed and sanded ready for paint.
