In 2021 Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling in Mount Pleasant.

The ceiling was Gyprock and was sagging due to fixing and glue failure related to the age of ceiling. The repair method used was to re screw the sagging ceiling to the existing timber joists and then fibre glass strapping was installed from inside the ceiling cavity to lock the ceiling in place. The ceiling cracks were taped, back blocked and flushed ready for paint.
